These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MagiVerse. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using the service, you affirm that you are over 18. If we discover you are underage, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes posting harmful content, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the AI models, or disrupting service availability.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the characters and scenarios you create. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content to provide the Service.

Copyright & DMCA: You are solely responsible for the content you create. You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. MagiVerse complies with DMCA procedures; notices of infringement should be sent to support@magiverse.ai.

AI Generations: You acknowledge that the text and images generated by the AI are machine-generated and may not always be accurate.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Content

  • Prohibited Content: Real-world illegal acts, terrorism, and non-consensual sexual content are prohibited.
  • Strictly No CSAM: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited in ALL forms. Zero tolerance will be enforced.
  • Fictional Freedom: Fictional violence, conflict, and mature themes are permitted in private chats as part of creative storytelling.
  • Public Safety: NSFW or explicit content is strictly prohibited in public areas (names, public bios, images).
  • Impersonation: You must not impersonate real-world individuals. Inspired-by fictional characters are subject to DMCA.

5. Virtual Currency ("Sparks") and Payments

"Sparks" are a limited license to use features of the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Indemnification & Liability

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify MagiVerse and its creators from any claims or legal fees arising from your content or violation of these Terms.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagiVerse shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations. Serious violations will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of Sparks.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." The AI characters are fictional; their words and actions do not represent the views of MagiVerse.
