Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MagiVerse. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using the service, you affirm that you are over 18. If we discover you are underage, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes posting harmful content, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the AI models, or disrupting service availability.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the characters and scenarios you create. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content to provide the Service.

Copyright: You are solely responsible for the content you create. You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

AI Generations: You acknowledge that the text generated by the AI is machine-generated and may not always be accurate or factually correct.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Content

• Prohibited Content: Real-world illegal acts, terrorism, and non-consensual sexual content are prohibited.
  Strictly No CSAM: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and depictions of sexual acts involving minors are strictly prohibited in ALL forms, including fictional roleplay, drawings, or text. Zero tolerance will be enforced.
• Fictional Freedom: Apart from the restrictions above, fictional violence, conflict, and mature themes (e.g., Mafia, combat, dark fantasy) are permitted in private chats as part of creative storytelling.
• Harassment & Impersonation: You must not impersonate other users, MagiVerse staff, or real-world individuals to deceive or harass. (Fan-created characters inspired by fiction are permitted under fair use/fan art policies, subject to DMCA).
• Public Safety: NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or explicit content is strictly prohibited in public areas (names, public bios, images). Keep the "storefront" clean!

5. Virtual Currency ("Sparks") and Payments

No Ownership: "Sparks" are a limited license to use features of the Service. They are not real currency and have no monetary value outside the platform.

Non-Refundable: All purchases of Sparks or subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Expiration: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, or modify the virtual currency system at any time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. For serious violations (e.g., illegal content, spamming, system abuse), your account will be permanently banned, and you will forfeit any remaining Sparks without refund.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding its reliability, availability, or accuracy. The AI characters are fictional; their words and actions do not represent the views of MagiVerse or its creators.
